會長

President

張英澤院士是華裔骨科學會的現任會長（任期：2023–2026年）。他向學會整體及其所有會員負責，監察整個學會、執行理事會及理事會的活動，確保履行理事會的決議。會長負責學會內的最終批准及委任。

張英澤教授為骨科學家、中國工程院院士、中國醫學科學院學部委員、河北醫科大學教授、主任醫師及博士生導師。张院士高度重視科研成果轉化与臨床創新發明，長期致力於複雜骨折閉合複位微創固定的研究。他原創性地提出了骨折順勢複位固定理論、骨折仿生固定理論及不均勻沉降理論等多項創新理論，並成功研發系列微創複位固定技術、器械與內固定物，推動了多項臨床專利技術的高效轉化。此外，他主持完成了中國首次骨折發病率的流行病學調查，創建了全球樣本量最大的骨折流行病學數據庫，成果发表於《柳葉刀全球健康（The Lancet Global Health）》。张院士已發表學術論文 670 餘篇，主編及主譯學術專著 25 部（多部已被 Thieme 及 Springer 出版社譯成英文向全球發行）。张院士积极致力于深化海外華裔學者与本土骨科界之间的學術交流与跨區域合作。憑藉其在骨科創新、成果轉化及國際合作领域的卓越影響力，他是引領學會發展的理想領導人選。

Academician Yingze Zhang is the current President of the Chinese Speaking Orthopaedic Society (Term: 2023–2026). He is responsible for the society as a whole and all its members. He oversees the activities of the entire society, the executive council, and the general council, ensuring that all resolutions are faithfully carried out. The President holds ultimate authority for final approvals and appointments within the society.

Academician Yingze Zhang is a renowned orthopaedic surgeon-scientist, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), Member of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS) Academic Council, as well as Professor, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor at Hebei Medical University. A strong advocate for translational research, clinical innovation, and patent commercialization, Academician Zhang has dedicated his career to advancing minimally invasive reduction and fixation techniques for complex fractures. He pioneered groundbreaking concepts including the Homeodynamic Reduction and Fixation Theory, Bionic Fixation Theory, and Non-uniform Settlement Theory, developing numerous novel surgical instruments and internal fixators that have been successfully translated into clinical practice. He also spearheaded China's first epidemiological survey on fracture incidence, establishing the world's largest fracture database published in The Lancet Global Health. Academician Zhang has authored over 670 academic papers and edited or translated 25 monographs, several of which are published globally in English by Thieme and Springer. Furthermore, he is deeply committed to fostering academic cooperation between overseas Chinese scholars and global orthopaedic communities. His visionary leadership, innovative spirit, and dedication to international synergy make him an exemplary leader for the society.

候任會長

Incoming President

秦嶺教授是學會的候任會長，為學會會長的繼任人。他負責履行會長向其指派的職務，並在會長缺席時代為履行會長職務。

秦嶺教授现任香港中文大學醫學院卓敏矯形外科及創傷學系教授、香港中文大學深圳創新研究院（福田）院長、李嘉誠創新材料和藥物實驗室及骨科實驗室主任。秦教授為歐洲科學院院士（MEA）、美國醫學與生物工程院Fellow（AIMBE Fellow）及國際生物材料學與工程學聯合會Fellow（FBSE）。近三十年來，秦教授致力於骨骼肌肉系統疾病的診斷、防治、再生與康複研究，秉持產學研緊密結合的理念，推動前沿醫療產品研發与臨床成果轉化，並通過主編《骨內科學》創立了骨內科理論體系。秦教授主持了国家重点研发计划、香港 RGC 及 ITF 等 40 余项重大研究項目，在 Nature Medicine、Materials Today 及 Advanced Science 等國際知名期刊發表 SCI 論文 500 余篇，獲授權國內外專利 37 項（近三分之一已成功實現落地轉化）。此外，秦教授作為創刊主編創辦了學會官方期刊Journal of Orthopaedic Translation （JOT，JCR 一區/中科院一區/骨科領域147本學術期刊中 IF 第一）。秦教授在科研轉化、學術領導力及全球華裔骨科合作方面的卓越成就，使其成為學會具潛力的未來會長。

Prof. Ling Qin is the current President-Elect of the Chinese Speaking Orthopaedic Society(CSOS) and the designated successor to the President. He is responsible for executing duties assigned by the President and performing presidential functions in the President's absence.

Prof. Ling Qin is the Choh-Ming Li Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Director of the CUHK SZ-HK Innovation Technology Research Institute (Futian), and Director of the Innovative Orthopaedic Biomaterials and Drug Translational Research Laboratory at the Li Ka Shing Institute of Health Sciences. He is an Academician of the Academia Europaea (MEA), Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE Fellow), and Fellow of Biomaterials Science and Engineering (FBSE). For nearly three decades, Prof. Qin has dedicated his career to the diagnosis, prevention, regeneration, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. By integrating multidisciplinary research with industry application, he has pioneered innovative medical devices and accelerated clinical translation, establishing the theoretical framework of internal orthopaedics through his textbook Osteo-orthopaedics.

Prof. Qin has led over 40 major research projects, including National Key R&D Programs, National Major Scientific Instruments Development Projects, and Hong Kong RGC/ITF grants. He has authored over 500 SCI articles in prestigious journals such as Nature Medicine, Materials Today, and Advanced Science, holds 37 domestic and international patents (nearly one-third of which have been successfully commercialized), and contributed to setting multiple industry standards. Notably, as Founding Editor-in-Chief, he launched the CSOS's official journal, Journal of Orthopaedic Translation (JOT, JCR Q1 / CAS Tier 1, ranking #1 in Impact Factor among 147 orthopaedic journals). Prof. Qin's profound expertise in translational research, academic leadership, and international collaboration makes him a promising future president of the society.

秘書長

Secretary General

周躍教授是學會的現任秘書長。他負責記錄所有會議、交付會議通知、保管學會的印章、保存會員的檔案及相應資料，並履行學會會長指派的相應職責。

周躍教授是現時中國重慶第三軍醫大學新橋醫院的骨科主任。他擁有骨科領域的廣泛國際經驗以及地區經驗。他已獲頒多個獎項及專利、教導多名研究生、出版書籍、發表數以百計的文章，他積極參與多份期刊及國際骨科學會。他專注於退化性脊骨疾病及微創手術技術。基於豐富專業生涯、成就及人脈，周躍教授是學會秘書長的理想人選。

Prof. Zhou Yue is the current Secretary General of the society. He is in charge of documenting all meetings, delivering the notices of meetings, storing the society’s stamps, keeping files and correspondence information of the members and undertaking the correspondence obligations assigned by the society’s President.

Prof. Zhou Yue is the current Director of Orthopedics at Xinqiao Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing, China. He has extensive international experience in the orthopaedic field as well as regional experience. He has received multiple awards and patents, taught many graduate students, published books, published hundreds of articles, and he is actively involved in numerous journals and international orthopaedic societies. He specialises in degenerative spinal diseases and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Prof. Zhou Yue’s extensive professional career, achievements, and connections make him an ideal Secretary General for the society.

財務長

Treasurer

秦嶺教授是學會的現任財務長。他負責學會的財務、監督學會的賬戶、管理學會的基金及證券，並執行學會會長指派的工作。

秦嶺教授目前是香港特區香港中文大學教授及肌肉骨骼研究實驗室主任。他已在骨科領域發表數以百計的文章、出版書籍、舉辦多次會議、贏得多個獎項及持有六個專利。他於許多期刊委員會及骨科學會任職，亦是CSOS資助的骨科轉化期刊主編。他專注於退化性骨骼疾病及生物材料。基於他在骨科領域的多年經驗，他擔任財務長作為學會的資產。

Prof. Qin Ling is the current Treasurer of the society. He is in charge of the society’s finances, supervises the society’s account, manages the society’s funds and securities, and conducts tasks assigned by the society’s President.

Prof. Qin Ling is the current Director of the Musculoskeletal Research Laboratory and professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. He has published hundreds of articles in the orthopaedic field, published books, organised many conferences, won numerous awards, and holds six patents. He has served on the board of numerous journals and orthopaedic societies and is the Editor-in-Chief of the CSOS-funded Journal of Orthopaedic Translation. He specialises in degenerative bone diseases and biomaterials. His years of experience in the orthopaedic field make him an asset to the society as the Treasurer.
